Draper's shop
The Draper`s shop
The narrow room of the corridor was Rosalia Humberg’s draper's shop. At one time, it was filled from top to bottom with cloth, hats,
wool, knitted articles, fabrics, bedding and drawers full of buttons.
Rosalia also made clothes for men. Fragments of the dark green wall decoration with its decorative lozenges have survived.
During the National Socialist outrages against the Jewish population in 1938, members of the SA vandalised the house and threw furniture into the street through the shop window.
