Siegmund Humberg (1887 – 1951)

 

Like his father, Siegmund was a butcher and cattle dealer. He was a gregarious man, who loved playing cards and hunting. As a capable cattle dealer, he had good trading contacts in the Netherlands. After his marriage in 1936, he and his wife, Selma, moved to Burgsteinfurt. They had no children. In 1940, both were able to emigrate to Dewittville, Canada, where they ran a farm. Siegmund died in Dewittville in 1951.
